Did you cry a little? I have been absent for over 3 weeks. I have been sooo busy but now things are settling down and it’s time to get back into the groove of it.
I took that 3 weeks class and got an A-. Woot woot. But it sucked up all my time and I got very little sleep. Boo.
Then we immediately moved into a new place. I’m still unpacking. But the fact that the only other thing I have to do during the week is work, I have time to unpack and RUN again! And make it to yoga class again too. There are less than 100 days left until my first half marathon and I haven’t run in 3 weeks. I tried while I was taking that class, but I ended up running on the treadmill at 3am and getting no sleep so I decided to just wait until it was done owning my life. I haven’t been cooking much either ::gasp!:: Stanton actually made dinner a few times and quite a few times I either skipped dinner or ate out. You know I’m busy when I eat out all week. But I’m back and I’m ready. my mom has a hip problem that may or may not inhibit her ability to run the half with me
Poor mommy. She’s still going to come and cheer me on, though.
We don’t have a treadmill anymore and I haven’t joined a gym yet, so I used www.mapmyrun.com to map out a 2.55 mile run to start me back off. We’ll see how I do. I haven’t got a clue what 3 weeks without running will have done to my progress. Wish me good luck and good weather
