Since yesterday was a sick day, I guess I’m getting 2 rest days in a row, because there’s no way I could find time to run on a Wednesday. I toyed with the idea of running on my lunch break, but it’s only 30 mins long and I still had to run and get dog food, so screwed I am. I don’t get out of class until 7:15, then I have to pick up Addison from the vet, then I STILL have to get groceries, make dinner and do homework. Ew!
I guess I better make tomorrow and Friday’s runs worth it!
Dinner tonight: Chicken Cacciatore with Wild Mushrooms (courtesy of Robin Miller’s Quick Fix Meals) and Garlic Bread. Mmm. It’s one of those recipes Robin makes where you make a ton of one of the ingredients, and then you re-use it for 3 more nights. In this recipe, I’m going to be re-using the sauce later in the week.
