Half Marathon Training – Day 4

Today was my first LONG RUN day. Oooo… Aaaaa…. Now THAT was a workout. I actually broke a sweat and I actually felt tired. I changed it to walking 45 seconds because I got tired of walking so much. Haha.

The agenda: 1.90 miles, running 30 seconds and walking 60 seconds.

Results: 1.90 miles, running 30 seconds (speed 5) and walking 45 seconds (speed 2). Took 35:01. Burned 182.6 calories.

Sunday bloody Sundayyyyy.

I hate Sunday because it is homework day. I tell myself every semester that I should break up homework over several nights, but the reality is, I have a lot of shit to do and homework is the least fun. I’d rather do laundry or scrub the bathtub. So I do other stuff and kick the homework can down the road until Sunday arrives and I can’t kick it any farther.

Dinner tonight: I’ve probably never eaten out this many times in one week before, but I am so busy that I never have time for my friends, so I’m going to IHOP for $4.99 bottomless pancakes with my little. Although, I had a lunch date with my best friend and I’m still full from that one, so I may not be able to stomach my $4.99 worth of pancakes…..
